Fusion Residential has designed and constructed unforgettable beautiful homes. We specialises in the design, planning & building of luxury, bespoke homes in Melbourne's most exclusive suburbs.

Introduction
We commence our journey by discussing what your needs are. We work through styles and design as well as discussing a budget that helps us all work towards the ultimate goal.

Brief
Here we gather any other information that may affect your brief or our design. We visit your block and undertake a full site and planning analysis including surveying and soil testing. We then move forward to completing your design and prepare plans for construction to commence.

Pre-construction
At this stage we develop the documentation pack whilst providing you with a fixed price build contract. Building permits will be issued and all documentation finalised for a seamless commencement to construction.

Construction
Now that the design is finalised and final pricing agreed upon – it’s time to start on site. Construction is pre planned and timelines created so that everyone knows the various stages of the build. As the building draw closer to completion the excitement builds for you and us as we watch the fruits of our labour becoming reality.

Handover
We build luxury homes for your lifestyle, to last a lifetime. To guarantee that everything we build is the best it can be, we’ve redefined the industry standard in Melbourne for quality. Regularly inspected by our own site and construction managers, every home is subject to rigorous quality checking processes, and as part of our own high standards to ensure handover is seemless.
