This modern residence was created in line with client requirements utilising modern feel and use of multiple materials to create a residence with character.
Enhanced by external landscape features including large exposed aggregate floating steps leading to the entry as well as trees and planting which enhance the construction whilst adding pops of colour.

In the case of this home the design mandate and inspiration was to create a resort feel and flow with the internal design elements, external design elements and landscape creating a Resort atmosphere; a place where you feel like you are on vacation every time you enter your gates.
